Can you hold a place before I apply?
Regrettably, we are unable to reserve properties prior to tenant applications. The reservation of a house is contingent upon the completion of a signed lease agreement and the collection of the corresponding security deposit. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
All required deposits are expected to be settled during the lease signing process, while the initial month’s rent can be collected at any time leading up to the move-in date. -
How old do you have to be to apply?

Is the deposit refundable?
Certainly, the deposit is refundable. Tenants are required to complete an inventory and condition move-in form within the initial 7 days of occupying the property. This form serves as a reference for assessing any discrepancies between the move-in and move-out conditions. -

If you’re considering getting a pet, kindly pause and reach out to your leasing professional. Submit a request detailing the desired pet, including breed, approximate age, and weight. Approval from the property owner is necessary before bringing the animal home. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
